COMMERCIAL APPRAISER:  (Austin Office)
Minimum 2 years of primarily commercial appraisal experience required.  Applicants must be hardworking, professional, and trustworthy.  This is a fee-split position, and we believe we can provide as much work as you can handle, so your income is defined only by how much you want to work.

RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER: (San Antonio)
Appraisal House already provides appraisal services in San Antonio to our existing client base from our Austin office, but we would like to have a full-time person located in San Antonio.  Your job will be to serve existing clients and also build our client base by marketing to local banks and mortgage professionals.  You must be at least state-licensed, hardworking, professional, and honest.  FHA-approved is a definite plus.  This is a fee-split position, and we believe we can provide as much work as you can handle, so your income is defined only by how much you want to work.
